The Construction Project Plan is documented and most times managed using our proprietary software tool (PMpro) with a structured methodology that comes from the large design- to- order manufacturing industries. We have a password protected area where the PCM clients can view the progress of their project throughout its development.

The success of any construction project, large or small, is directly dependent on strong and efficient project management routines. Despite the importance of Project Management, many projects suffer due to insufficient or deficient project management. Often times this stems from a shortage of specific skills and/or knowledge. Often it is simply the inability of the builder to dedicate a professional project manager due to either a shortage of funds or simply not recognizing the importance of the role. This may result in the assignment of a weak site supervisor (typically a trade person with plenty of experience) who is already fully absorbed with other responsibilities and may already have other conflicting priorities.
