This by far is the best built home that I've ever lived in. Craftsmanship is excellent, the best quality materials have been used. Some of the simplest features that you would not think of are in this home. For example in all of the closets, as soon as you open the door the light comes on. One of the other features of this house is that there are two sump pumps, one that works and a back up. Carlos has came on occasions just to check how the sump pumps are doing.

He came by on three different occasions to make sure that everything was fine. He's a really nice, guy. Very friendly. One phone call and Carlos was over here . PCM by far is the best builder that I've ever dealt with in terms of their product and their customer service. If I ever had to purchase another home PCM would be my choice.
