My first impression of Carlos was how proud he was of everything that he was doing in the house. He insisted on showing me everything and insisted that I keep coming to the house as it was being build so that I would see all the great things that were going in behind the walls. He felt that it was very important that I would know about the insulation and all the extra things that he was putting in.

It's unusual for the builder to encourage you the way Carlos did, but he felt that if the workers know who they are building the house for it becomes more personal and it becomes more of your home. There was nothing done half part about the house. The quality was there throughout, from the Grohe fixtures to good quality granite to the marble on the floors, and the crown moldings - Nothing was left undone. It's a perfect family home!
