Carlos asked us to look at the house that was already under construction. There were things we didn't like about the house, but Carlos, the way he is, said "change anything you want, it's your house,it's up to you, you better like it! He allowed us to change everything. We went through this process and he said "it's not: change it and pay more, it's: change it to the way you want it.

He's been very supportive of the house afterwards, every little problem that we have he's came back past the year maintenance period. Things that really shouldn't even have anything to do with him he comes back and takes care of it for us.

We don't think there is a custom home builder that can match him.
