The PCM Home Warranty covers re-sale homes listed at $1,500,00 and higher for one year after the purchase of the home – any resale home regardless of who built it.
Available to home sellers – and transferable to the new homeowner after the sale of the home – this warranty provides a better chance for your home to stand out in a crowded marketplace and it gives the buyer peace of mind when making the purchase.
