Luca Filice

Partner & General Manager

About Luca

Luca is a Partner and is responsible for the custom home building operations of PCMnow.com Inc.  Luca is an experienced project manager and custom home builder having completed several luxury custom homes and high end renovations prior to joining PCM in April 2017.

 

Prior to home building, Luca has over 12 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, primarily in operational due diligence, hedge fund valuation, and portfolio accounting. Most recently, Luca was the Manager of the Operational Due Diligence team at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. In this role, Luca lead a team of 5 experienced professionals on due diligence engagements covering new and existing investments in external investment managers. Previously, Luca was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co where he was responsible for the valuation and accounting of several global hedge fund portfolios.

 

Specialty

Luca holds a BA in economics from the University of Western Ontario. While at Western, he was the recipient of the Robert G. Siskind Entrepreneurial Award and the Craig R. Williams Memorial Scholarship. Luca also holds a Masters of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he specialized in the business law stream.
