Roofing - The PCM Way
During the design stage, the roofing supplier works with the client and architect to prepare samples of the various types of roofing and colours as well as any details such as the drainage system and fascia for review and approval. The PCM project plan clearly defines the roofing period and the roofing supplier must be ready to go with supplies and a team of trained and professional roofers during that window. Safety is top of mind for all trades, including roofing.
Tiny details make a difference in the final roofing product. At PCM, the site supervisor will be looking for even edges of shingles around the roofing perimeter, flashing cleanly caulked, drip edges installed, roof vents positioned away from front elevations and more.
